The Biblical Foundation
The 60-Second Prayer is grounded in Scripture.
In Jeremiah 31:31–33, God promises: “I will put my law within them, and I will write it upon their hearts.”
In Philippians 2:13: “God is at work in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.”
The 60-Second Prayer asks God to fulfill these promises — to work within your heart so that your will becomes aligned with His.

What Is the 60-Second Prayer?

Gracious heavenly Father, I come to you in the name of Jesus Christ, your Son.
Dear Father, I ask you to place your will and your desires for my life within my heart.
I ask you to conform my will and my desires to yours.
